Holiday Lets Changeover Service

We offer a regular changeover service to holiday lets which involves a thorough clean after the departure of a guest. We understand the importance of having a beautifully clean property to create a great first impression and make your guests feel extra special.


We are able to bring our fresh linen and towelling to provide a bedmaking service in preparation for the arrival of the guest.


We can also provide top-up consumables and essentials such as soap, toilet paper, and dishwasher tablets for your guests if required.


We provide all equipment and cleaning materials.

A selection of tasks that our friendly team cover:

  • Vacuum cleaning of carpeted areas with attention to edges, corners and hard-to-reach areas
  • Vacuum cleaning and washing of hard floor areas with neutral detergent to remove any marks
  • Cleaning of door glazing and glass partitions to ensure removal of finger marks
  • All specified furniture, fixtures, fittings, ledges and sills to be cleaned, dusted and polished as required
  • Waste bins are emptied with waste removed to a designated disposal/recycling point
  • Kitchen sinks are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised with attention to areas around taps, waste and overflow outlets
  • Toilet areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitised

  • What do you need the customer to provide?

    All we need is access to the property and the use of water and electricity. We provide all cleaning materials and equipment. 

  • Which changeover days do you cover?

    We operate around coastal Alnwick areas every Monday and Friday. We are in Hexham on these days too. We can discuss the possibility of changeover on other days, but this cannot be guaranteed.

  • What type of top up service do you provide?

    We are able to provide tea towels, sponges, blue cloths, bin bags, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls and kitchen towels. 

  • What linen do you use for the bedmaking service?

    We have our own linen which is of the same brand in different sizes. We launder our own linen in house and are able to provide additional linen if your guests request it. We only use our own linen for the bedmaking service.
